Neuhaus Investment Company is a diversified real estate management company incorporated in Houston, Texas in 1926. Larry Neuhaus is the fourth generation family member to head the company.

During those eighty-four years the company has been actively involved in the development and management of residential properties, shopping centers, office buildings, multi-tenant warehouse properties, multi-tenant office/warehouse buildings, single tenant retail and single tenant office buildings. In addition, the company has developed two mixed use commercial subdivisions.

The company is owned entirely by Neuhaus family members. Larry Neuhaus has been involved in the development, construction and management of commercial projects for thirty-five years in Houston. He has been president of Neuhaus Investment Company for twenty-nine years.
